      *** tried calling multiple times with no answer, left messages with no response, even sent a message on their ******** account and nothing in return. There is damage to some shingles that appear that there was an attempt to cover up also another shingle that looks like its deteriorating.

      After Storm Kings replaced my roof myself and three of my neighbors ( all of which used Storm King) for roof replacements began to have water leaking through our ceilings. My insurance compnay came out and did an inspection. They deemed that the flashing around the chimney was improperly installed. Storm Kings refused to make any repairs or accept any responsibility. I have spent a thousands of dollars repairing the damage to my home. My neighbors had to do the same.

We take all customer complaints seriously and we strive to ensure that every job we do meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship. However, we are disappointed to hear about your recent issues with water leaking through your ceilings, as well as those of your neighbors. While we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we take full responsibility for the services we provide, after reviewing the situation, we cannot accept liability, as the issue does not stem from the roofing installation provided by our company. We have determined through multiple inspections that the issue is stemming from your chimney cap and not the flashing. Unfortunately, Storm Kings does not perform HVAC related work. We have also verified this with the local building department upon final inspection of your roofing permit. We understand that this has caused you frustration and we have our team ready to offer assistance in any way we can. Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you with this matter.
