    Purchase a vehicle from the business and traded in a car. Dealer has never paid off the loan on the previous car. They have been contacted several times about the issue.

    purchased a truck, and now my truck is sitting in my driveway with no tags. They wont return my calls. So now I am paying for a truck I cant drive.

    I purchased a **** **** **** ***** ******** 3/18/2024. I have had trouble with it since. Have had o there twice and today same problem. Dead. Nothing g comes on an anything. They recharged the battery first time. Ran a short time and same problem again 4/15/2024. Had to have it towed to them. I told them it wasn’t battery. Something was running the battery down. So they replaced battery. Then this morning went to get I for work and dead. I have called several times just today. They say we will call you right back. This started at 9 with first places call. It is now 3:05 and I have called them just a bit ago and all day. No one returns my call. When I purchased car they put papers in my car hidden to where I had to call them to find out where they put them. When I found them they had added a warranty that I was not asked if I wanted or told about. They are very shady and now having all these problems and they won’t call me back. I’m single and 67 years old and I feel they have taken advantage of me. I was by myself when purchased and I feel they took advantage of me.

    This is the 2nd complaint I’ve submitted. The first one My Town contacted me and said they would not charge 100 for deductible if I stated they would fix problem. So I did. Well they have had my car this will be 3rd week except a day or 2 I had it and same problem occurred. They say now they had to order a fuse box. They have replaced battery and alternator. Bit now found a fuse box that needs replaced. So now they say it has a nationwide back order and won’t be in until Wednesday or Thursday. I purchased this vehicle 3/18/2024. The sales person Avery just says it’s a used car. That was earlier in the problem. He could care less. He got his sale and is does not want anything g else to do with it. They purchased the warranty at time without asking me if I wanted it. Which added 4200 to sale price. They were not upfront about this vehicle. I want my money back. It’s cause me to lose work days Thank you

    My husband and I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on 2/24/2023, our credit report was ran eleven times a piece by the dealership. The dealership states they ran out credit report once while we were there. The denial letters from financial institutions are dated with the date the report was pulled. I have supporting documents showing multiple consumers experiencing the same issue occurred to them as well.
    Another issue is, they have a track record of not issuing license plates and titles to customers in a timely manner. I have contacted the title office in ******** County and they advised me they receive complaints on a regular basis regarding the same issue from customers on a daily basis. I am seeking reimbursement fees for the temporary tags we have purchased as well.
    My husband and I have filed identity theft charges against them as well for forging our signatures on a loan application they submitted on 3/15/2023 without our knowledge. ******** Capital has copies of the loan documents showing an individual signature that is not ours on the contract they submitted. Multiple complaints have been filed against them through the Attorney General’s Office as well.
    We want the excessive fraudulent credit pulls removed from our credit as well. This company also allows individuals to sign loan documents without the other individual being present and committing illegal business practices and need to be shutdown.

    My town auto group used my credit as well as my husband’s credit in attempt to purchase a vehicle without our consent. This is the 4th time I have submitted this form. We had went to dealership a month prior and considered buying an rv but changed our mind. We assumed they would destroy our credit information.

Also, another of our employees is actively working to help resolve the hit on the customers bureau. We as a company do not practice business in this manner, and apologize for our one off wrongdoing.

    I do not believe that the companies response is specific enough in nature. I believe that they should identify specific steps that they have taken to prevent this issue from occurring again. They say they have let go the person responsible for the breach in the credit history. They do not tell me specifically what they were using my credit for and for whom. I also would like to know specific Steps they are taking to resolve the issue with the credit bureaus. This incident also involves the use of my husband’s credit as well which they do not mention. She did call me and ask me to come to Southpointe to sign off on some paperwork for her to contact the credit union. I do not feel that I should have to go to South point Ohio which is quite a distance from where I live in order to resolve this issue that I did not cause. They should come to me and my husband to resolve this thank you

    My Town Truck and RV mailed out fliers with a list of prizes associated with matching 3 symbols on a scratch off. Upon arriving to the store with my winning scratch off, I was informed that the prize would actually be based off of a “winning number”, which was listed faintly in the corner of the flier. No where on the flier was this winning number mentioned, other than it being printed in the corner. Also upon arrival, I was informed that the list of prizes on the flier was also inaccurate, and was shown a new list. While on the flier I was promised $1000 for my scratch off, my “winning number” actually only won $5. A five dollar prize was mentioned no where on the flier itself. The employee also asked me a series of questions regarding personal information (i.e. what car I drive, where I work, how much I make, how many hours I work, phone number, etc). The last question I was asked was for my full social security number. I declined sharing, and asked for my prize. Upon receiving my prize, the employee kept my flier. When I asked if I could have it back, he said no.
