5 starsGreat experience to deal with ***** *** ***** ********* ****** Great communication with both and K. W. Lang was very flexible in the scheduling of the install of the furnace. Laid floor covering down and always respectful of the house no matter where they went while installing. Very pleased and will have them back to do the AC and hot water tank when needed!! Highly recommend!!!

5 starsI've been a customer of KW Lang Mechanical since December, 2012, when I replaced my Comfortmaker furnace due to a suspected heat exchanger breakdown. It was coming into winter and I didn't want to risk an equipment failure or carbon monoxide problems. Later on, in August, 2022, KW Lang Mechanical replaced my AC equipment. The pre-sales support, pricing, installation, and post install support on both occaisons was absolutely excellent. I understood the equipment limits and my performance/cost trade-offs before buying. During the installation, one of the duct adapters was off by about 1/8" and the installer sent the part back to the sheet metal shop to be redone. It was corrected, returned quickly, and the furnace swap was completed that day. All the work for both transactions was done when promised, as priced, neatly, and professionally. The new equipment was Carrier which replaced my Comfortmaker furnace and AC and I'm very pleased with the equipment overall. I use KW Lang for preventive maintnenance in spring and fall. KW Lang's field support is very knowledgeable technically, have excellent customer-facing skills, and do a great job keeping the equipment performing at the top of its capabilities. On the rare occasion a warranty problem develops they run the transaction from start to finish. This was evident in the actions to replace the blower motor when the tech detected slight play in the motor bearings. This was replaced right at the end of the warranty period by Carrier, with KW Lang's field support and with no residual problems. I intend to continue to with KW Lang Mechanical for my HVAC needs.K. 5 starsI am delighted that I had a new furnace in a little over 24 hours from the time I called about the problem. Both the diagnostician and the installer were knowledgeable and professional.
