1/16/2024, I submitted a claim on the extended warranty for washer not draining. On 1/25/2024, ***** arrived to repair my washer, got the pump out of it, told me that he didn’t think anything was wrong with it. He stated he was done with the repair and was going to test the pump. As I began to look at my washer, I noticed that there were some screws from my washer lying on the floor. I also looked at the detergent drawer, which was ajar. Which would not close. It was apparent that the washer was not repaired properly. I had to then take the top part off my washer and align it correctly so that the detergent drawer/dispenser would close all the way. On 2/13/2024, I submitted another claim online for my washer not draining. On 2/21/2024, I called the number listed in the email I let her know that I had still not heard from ***** in regards to the second repair ticket. She told me that she was going to escalate it to her supervisor, and if I had not heard from him 2/22/2024, I was to call back. I did not hear from him again until 3/11/2024. I did some research on how to repair this washer and located a new pump, which cost me $87.46. When I opened the washer, I much damage that was done to my washer. including used pump not installed correct he left the screws that were not installed in the bottom of the washer. After I repaired the washer, all draining issues solved. 2/21/2024, I filed a complaint with ABC spoke with a supervisor named ***, who told me to submit receipts as well as make an invoice showing what would be charged if I had made the repair for an actual customer. I sent her the receipt and the invoice that I was asked to make.  She followed up with me and told me that she was going to reimburse me for the parts and labor, and would be issuing me a check in the amount of 151.71 within 2 weeks. 3/20/2024, I received a letter from ABC Claims that stated ABC had already paid the service company, TV Repair of West Michigan, for this repair.
