I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from this company. They kept my vehicle for almost a year after I purchased it due to A/C issues, and claim they were waiting on a part to fix the A/C line. Why did this man bring my vehicle back to me in the same condition? I really don't know. This is so unprofessional to me. Things have to get better. I was also signed up with the worst financial company called Credito Real. These people keep threatening to take the vehicle if you're a few days late. I'm paying out all of this money, and not getting the treatment I deserve. Now after all this time passes by. I had to call this ***************** again to fix this A/C problem. I can't have my niece passing out in the wheelchair because it's hot outside and the air is not blowing cool. I appreciate being able to be placed in another van while my vehicle is so called being serviced. This is not right though. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the van since I purchased it. The van looked like it had just been sitting when it was bought back to me. Someone broke my driver's window button. I replaced the door switch. I had to get new tires which I requested when I purchased the van because the tires were sliding. I put freon in the van, I changed the relay fuse, and the fan in working now that wasn't moving up front. I just think as much as they charge for wheelchair accessible vehicles, that the service should be better. Now I'm back to where I started. I have to give up my van again to get it serviced. For some reason they don't let you go to a shop where you can sit and wait for the service to be done. I asked if I could just wait for my van to be serviced? The answer I got from ***** was no, we have to come and get the van, and they have to run a test on the A/C. Here we go again! I have to wait again for something that should have been fixed and looked at upon return. Why do people play so many games today? The service use to be so good, and people use to be honest.

MobilityWorks team members work diligently to support our clients, but at times they do not have the necessary equipment for all repairs, as was the case for ********************* We apologize that this was not communicated in a timely manner and have since assisted in getting the vehicle to a repair shop that can do the required work.  The vehicle is now ready for pic up. At MobilityWorks we strive to provide wheelchair users with the mobility, independence and personal freedom they desire.  As we listen to our clients concerns, we strive to provide value and operate with integrity. We remain committed to serving the community, to Be There for all wheelchair users.

My personal experience with mobility works was completely unsatisfactory. My disabled elderly mother was interested in obtaining a wheelchair van and the sales team couldn't do enough to support her in a purchase despite family objections to purchase vs. lease based on health concerns. Major selling point by salesperson the fact that MobilityWorks will buy the van back from you as long as it's in good condition. Unfortunately, my mother died a few months after her purchase of this van (less than 5 months actually). It was virtually impossible to connect with the sales manager. My sister and I called repeatedly and left messages for *** to return our calls to discuss the sale of the van back to Mobility Works. I was lucky enough one time to confide in the receptionist that I wondered why he would never return my calls despite leaving messages for him on his voice mail, and she transferred me directly to him. When I asked the sales manager why he didn't return my calls, his response was that he had taken some time off for the holidays. I accepted that until two weeks later when he still wouldn't return my calls. My sister also tried reaching him without any call backs. She finally circumvented him and reached a member of the sales team who was responsive and communicative even though the sales manager was the determining person for price. Long story short - we sold the van to a private buyer rather than continue the degrading experience of basically begging this company for communication to buy back a van they emphasized would be repurchased if kept in good condition. Hopefully this review will bring some changes to the repurchase communication process for other people who may find themselves in our situation.

When a NEW vehicle is taken in for warranty several times for same issues it's is brought back to this costumer with same issues! Communication is awful with trying to get the issue resolved and that includes from the salesmen, Operator and the Management Supervisor, or Down to the Service manager and or repairmen. If it is possible I'd love for ***************** for Mobility Works to call me to Discuss how this issue can be resolved with me being satisfied! I have always been a faithful costumer as I have purchased several Handicap vans from them over many years, however if I can't get repairs done correctly! I'd be glad to spend my money elsewhere and assure the veteran's affairs office that puts the equipment in at Government expense that both our money is spent wisely. More so Mobility Works in ******** ******* is the shop that my vehicle is so called Servicer. I have a ***** Van lift installed and it's been issues from Day one I got it. Issue is is Bleeds down and won't open. Please fell free to call me for information so my satisfaction can be established and maybe my faith in your company can be somewhat restored.I guess if corporate wants contact information on me respond and I'll include my phone contact information so we can personally discuss this matter!!!!
