    Right way really ripped us off. In the middle of a 94 degree weekend, they were the only ones who could respond that day. Tech Mike took about 10 minutes and said our A/C problem was a bad capacitor, but it would cost us over $300 plus labor to fix. I felt stuck, but okayed the work. While he was fixing the problem, I looked up prices and found almost all capacitors were under $50. When confronted, the tech just said that was their cost. Total was $444 for a $50 part and less than 1/2 hour labor. I paid under protest. Owner called me an hour later and tried to justify the charge as the cost of running a business and rising inflation. A check with 2 other companies revealed the total should have been less than $250. Nice way of doing business with retired people on fixed incomes.

    John performed my spring HVAC maintenance and was very nice, professional, and conscientious. He noticed a potential problem which we discussed and afterward he fixed. I've been a customer since 2015 and am a happy customer.

    Highly recommend Right Way Heating and cooling! My unit went out, I called them up. They scheduled me in, came out right away and got me all hooked up! I was having a hard time setting my thermostat, called them and they came right back out to show me the correct way. Thank you **** and your amazing team at Right Way Heating & Cooling!

    I have been a customer for years but with ********************** Way it's more like I am part of the family. When **** showed me on a camera the cracks on my 17yr old HVAC we knew it was time for a major upgrade! Right Way had my back and I decided to put a new Air Conditioner in too. Now my Condo is running smoothly and efficiently, the way it was supposed to all along! I can't say enough about how well they do business!!

    This company went way over my expectations. From our 1st appointment to work scheduling to cleanliness and completion they were fantastic and the price was at least 20% less expensive then others in my area

    Rightway Heating and Cooling was prompt and professional when we contacted them for help. Our problem turned out to be a loose neutral in our electrical panel. The Tech from Rightway was super helpful and professional and took time to show me why we needed an electrician and assured me that our AC was running properly (which it turned out it was). I will call Rightway anytime I have a heating or cooling problem. They are awesome!!

    Right Way Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace back in February of 2022 and we had an amazing experience. They were prompt and on time for the initial appointment when our heat went out. They provided several options for a new furnace and within 2 days they had a crew out installing a brand new system in our home. They are a fantastic company and we have referred friends to them as well. Highly recommend them!
