    I scheduled a 10 yard dumpster on May 28th for delivery on Tuesday, June 4th. I was told by ****** that the delivery truck caught fire and the business was temporary closing and a refund would be issued in a 7 to 10 business days. We are at 14 business days out.

    I am requesting the $280 refund be issued to my credit card.

    Dad’s Dumpster refunded the entire amount on 7/10/24. They refunded the using PayPal due to issues with Square.

    The vendor provided a 100% refund to me on 7/10/24 for $280 via PayPal from ****** ****** at Dads Dumpster. Issue resolved.

    I order and pay for a dumpster on 5-13-2024 and pickup date was to be 5-18-2024. I call on 5-20-2024 to ask about the dumpster and I was told that their truck is down and the dumpster will be pickup on 5-24-2024, again the dumpster was not pickup. I call again and was told it will be another week. This is 6-12-2024 and the dumpster is still there and when I call and ask the lady, she told me she didn't say when it will be pickup and I said i spoke with you and how do you know who you speaking with when you didn't ask me my address. I am unable to continue my cleaning job until this dumpster is move. There are critters getting inside that dumpster.
