      I had My truck worked on after a bag house at my work messed up my clear coat. Simple and cheap fix. They kept my truck from me for almost 8 months. Lied to me about what the reported damage was. And inflated the damage to my insurance company for more money. In the process made my truck un sellable because of the Carfax report. They didn't complete all the work they claimed to. They didn't replace any parts except a headlight that they broke. And i think the back glass. Which they didn't replace correctly and caused water damage to my back seat and floor. Then later still charged my insurance for the headlight they broke. I'm not sure about the other 3 shops. But I know for a fact the one in ******* Ohio is a scam. And shouldn't be allowed to operate.

      The truck dropped off on 2-2-2022 and picked up 3-14-2022. We subcontracted the glass work to a local supplier and there was a leak which we addressed and fixed. We have addressed any all of the problems. If anything, else is needed from us we would gladly take care of anything else that pertains to our service. We done repairs for Allie shepherd not the customer listed above . I'm assuming we have the right vehicle.
