    Ohler & Holzhauer was hired to repair a boiler heating system for a 3 bedroom home. Each register needed to be repaired. When the employees "cleared the boiler lines" in each room, black sludge was spewed all over furniture, bedding and rugs. Ohler neglected to cover and protect personal property before the repairs began. They left a mess. My area rug is ruined from dirty work boots and oil from the boiler.
    I contacted Ohler and asked for the owner "****" to call me, he has yet to do this. The repairman said everything will just wash out?!?!?! They were negligent and have caused damage to many items. I want compensatiom for the damages so I can replace the items that are now garbage.

     Ohler & Holzahuer was hired as a Hvac and plumbing company by this person's (who is the tenant) Landlord . We were not hired as a disaster clean up company. This house had a frozen hot water heating system and frozen plumbing from the December 23-24, 2022 weather event.  Water and black sludge did get on the floors and on belongings when the radiators froze , broke , and thawed due to the loss of power for an extended period during the weather event. We did not cause this. We where hired to repair it. At no time did this person or a representive of this person  try to salvage anything. This was over a month time frame .  This tenant just took pictures and harrased us .We have discussed this situation with the landlord and he has no problem wth the work we did. He didn't expect us to do the clean up. This person (the tenant) has made mutipule harrassing and threating phone calls,  on line bad reviews , derogatory Facebook posts. I will not call her.  The only one negligent in this situation is her (the tenant).
