I brought my vehicle in on 7/12/24 because my check engine light came on. I was told it was the camshaft assembly, and that its covered under Special Coverage warranty N192210230. Service advisor **** ***** relayed the info. My vehicle was taken back for repair, and I was discharged about an hour or so later. No cost to me. On 7/30/24 my vehicle completely broke down, engine light came on, and ****** notification came on dash. I popped the trunk, and there was oil EVERYWHERE!! It had lubbed up almost everything. In turn, my belt tensioner snapped and broke, my alternator was full of oil, my cam shaft sensors full of oil, crankshaft seal needed attention, oil completely depleted, cam actuators needed attention, and air cleaner element replaced. All of these damages were caused by oil leaking out of my valve cover gasket, which was replaced by ***** on 7/12/24 originally. Total cost of damages: $1234.78 which was charged to me on 8/5/24. Those damages were repaired by another party. That did not include the valve cover gasket, and it was recommended I take my car back to ***** as they were the ones who serviced that part. I called *****, and spoke with ** *****, and he scheduled me an appt to bring it back. I brought my vehicle back in on 8/12/24. They told me that I had a bad intake manifold, and it was causing a buildup of pressure which was causing the oil to leak from gasket. They replaced the cam cover gasket AGAIN, and the intake manifold, and cleared codes. I was charged $624.07, and sent on my way. When I originally took my car in on 7/12/24, I was NOT notified of any other issues, or problems. On 8/15/24 at 5:18pm my check engine light came on again so I had to go to Auto Zone for a code read as ***** was closed. Code P0341 came on. Next day called ***** and they only cleared code and said call back if it comes back on. I have been back and forth 6 times trying to get my car fixed. I am now seeking restitution for ALL charges as it was caused due to *****.

The customer brought the vehicle in our service department on July 12th 2024 with a service engine light concern. Service engine light codes present were P0106 (MAP sensor performance) and P1101 (PCM detecting discrepancy with MAP sensor). The technician diagnosed the vehicle as needing a camshaft cover replacement.  This repair was covered by special policy (N192210230). We replaced the camshaft cover per the special policy at no charge to the customer.
The customer brought the car back into our service department on August 8th 2024 with a concern that the camshaft cover was leaking oil. Our technician diagnosed the oil leak as the intake manifold was causing excessive internal crankcase pressure causing the camshaft cover seal to allow oil to leak past the seal, per ** document (19-NA-101) the customer authorized the replacement of the intake manifold ($624.07). We replaced the intake manifold and verified proper operation, and returned the vehicle to the customer.
The customer brought the vehicle into our service department on August 30th 2024 with and service engine light concern and vehicle running rough concern. The technician retrieved codes P0300 engine miss fire, P0341 intake cam actuator sensor performance, and P0366 exhaust cam actuator sensor performance. The technician also found many low voltage codes in the Body Control Module which does not turn any malfunction lights on. The technician performed a body control module reprogram and all body control codes cleared with the exception of a tire pressure monitoring code. Upon diagnosing the engine control module codes, we found the intake and exhaust cam actuators had been replaced recently by another source. The codes were history codes and vehicle was operating to ** spec at this time. The technician test drove the vehicle 25 miles with no returning issues. We advised the customer that the vehicle was working as designed at this time. The Service Advisor that the customer was working with had a conservation about the cam sensor codes and new sensors being installed, and the customer stated she would see the repair ********************** she had replace them if them codes caused the service engine light to come back on.

We have attached copies of our invoices for the 3 visits along with the ** documents that relate to corresponding repairs.
