    I got to meet with ***** the company president as my accountant in early March. He literally forgot to do my paperwork for over a month. Once it was all ready to be paid and filed I was charged $100 more than quoted over the phone. But we paid without speaking up because we thought they were good. We thought wrong.I paid and my taxes were filed. I was owed a refund which I asked about when I paid them to file. I was told it would be looked into and Id receive a callback. I never received a call. I had to keep hounding ***** and calling back. Finally in the middle of June he got the paperwork together for my amendment because he messed up my state taxes. Its august and Im still fighting with **** Ohio for my state tax refund. This happened solely because ***************** up and dropped the ball. Save your time, save your money, go somewhere reliable.Front office girlies are no longer nice. I called so they could hear my feedback. I told them I expected nothing to happen I just wanted them to know my feedback and that their mistakes have effects. I was told, Were all human and we all make mistakes. This came in a very condescending tone. Im not a child, shes not my mother or teacher.Yes we do all make mistakes. Some us more than others. Im glad theyre okay playing with other peoples money. I requested a call back from the president but dont anticipate on hearing back.
