      I have had multiple pickups missed and when called was told they would be back in 24 hours. 3 days later it never was picked up. This has he opened again today and representative that I spoke with couldn’t care less. Not once did she say I apologize for your inconvenience. She says “well I know nothing about it and I put call out that’s all I can do. And hopefully they will pick it up today”” I had waste manegment for 20 years without one issue. Changed for to save money. Big mistake!

      I have had a lawn toter waiting for pickup for over two weeks. I have called Modern Disposal every few days to request pickup. No one ever answers or responds to my voicemails. When I called on August 4, the voice mailbox was full. I then called the City of Perrysburg to complain and they said they would "send an email." Still no pickup. Today I literally drove to their office to request the waste be picked up. This is an enormous amount of effort just to get my yard waste picked up. Not to mention I have to pay $4.50 for this convenience?
