    This business will not pick up their phone. I've tried calling over twenty times over the past couple weeks. My home warranty company assigned them to fix my refrigerator. But they will not respond to my voicemails. I have no place to put my food. Our food has spoiled. It's been WEEKS. You might say, "Call your home warranty company and get them to assign you another company." I did. This is the THIRD company they've assigned me to. For whatever reason, companies like this don't feel they have to do quality work if it's through a home warranty company. I have left repeated voicemails for them and they never call me back.

    YES, they DO have a work order from my home warranty company. They are LYING. WHAT?!?! Do they think I ENJOY making up crap against this company just for the fun of it?!?! Yes. That’s right. I contacted the BBB because your business did me NO WRONG and I just decided to make up crap to pass my time. I will provide the BBB with emails - multiple emails - saying you were supposed to contact me. But you didn’t. And that’s why you’re so TERRIBLY rated ALL over the internet. Your company NEVER - I REPEAT - NEVER picks up the phone when anyone calls. My mission in life will be to make sure this wrong is righted. Even IF the BBB takes NO action, I will come after you in every legal way possible. You either call me and make this right, or you deal with a headache for the next FIVE to TEN years of your life. You choose.

    You’re right we have not answered the phone for the latest tow weeks because we have been closed do to a death in  our family. We are a two person team and had to go out of the country

    If that's true, it would seem to me you would have changed your voicemail to at least provide some sort of an explanation to your customers as to why your business would be shut down. Even if you simply stated, "Due to a family crisis, we will be shut down for a couple weeks." That's all it would have taken.
