    I recently had Scott Conners out to my daughter and son in laws home in Brecksville to upgrade their service panel from a 100 amp to a 200 amp service. I had gotten several estimates on what I wanted done and the best way to go about it. As it was the wires were coming in from the pole at the street, down the side of the house and ran inside a conduit that ran almost all the way across the front of their home. It was a definite eye sore. I wanted to see if we could come in from the side of the house, and do away with the unsightly conduit altogether. I explained to each of the bidding contractors, who were all very nice and professional what I wanted done, but the problem was to do it my way we had to feed the wire above a beautifully finished basement ceiling. All the other contractors wanted to either cut out a channel between the floor joist or cut several holes spaced out across the ceiling feed the wire then patch the ceiling. These were all solutions. I didn’t want to consider, the ceiling would never look the same. Then Scott Conners came out and I mentioned what I wanted to do without damaging our ceiling. Within minutes Scott had a solution that addressed all my concerns plus spared me all the mess and repair work the other options would have caused. I can only tell anyone from my dealings with Scott and his entire team, they were all professional, considerate of your property both inside and out, and I would certainly hire them again in a heartbeat for any major projects I might have.
