    We hired this company Feb 2023, we paid $823.90 on the 24th and it was cashed the 28th. They stated they would come March 6th 2023 to insulate our home. They did not show or call that day; I had to call them multiple times. I finally got ahold of him and he stated his trailer was broken and being fixed. March 20th I called to get an update , he said they were meeting to discuss when they could come and we were first on the list. It would also be in the next week or 2, he did not come . We stated we would be on vacation march 31st till April 8th and he wanted to come then and we were fine with that. He did not come those 3 weeks and did not contact us. I contacted them April 10th when we got back and he said he would send a refund out . We did not receive it, I contacted him 5 days later no response. My husband called the following Monday and stated it was sent out days ago. That Friday we did not receive anything. I had to contact the sheriffs department. Where he now stated he never sent the check and needs to sell the product that he purchased, even tho we were never offered the product that we bought.
