    Was gifted a custom tune for my 1994 Corvette. I asked what was going to be done, never received an answer. Requested refund, was told only credit. I wouldn't let him touch my ecm after the way we were treated. Guess he's to busy to reply to e-mails now as well. BEWARE...

    We have responded to multiple emails from you.  We have asked you to please follow the instructions multiple times.  Here they are again for you to reference.  If we can do anything else to help you better understand the instructions please reach out and let us know.
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    If you ordered a Custom Tune, PATS, VATS, or SKIM Delete please follow the instructions that were listed in the description of the service that you purchased and send the computer to us.

    Be sure to include your order number (or a copy of this email) when you send your computer. We also recommend writing the order number on the computer in permeant marker. You are responsible for shipping to us, the shipping that you purchased during checkout covers the return shipping back to you. If you purchased a tune please include a detailed list of the modifications done to your vehicle and include it when you ship your computer to us.
