    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOVING SERVICE! The process was unprofessional from start to finish. I didn't meet ****** in person, but have exchange several of messages and have had about 3 phone calls with him.I had to go to U-Haul to pick up the keys for the moving men, which was very odd. I had to pay U-Haul with my own money that ****** said I would get back since he didn't pay for the moving truck he reserved. I was expecting a company moving truck. This all was the day of the move. The movers didn't speak English and needed help translating. One of the men didn't have a driver's license and asked me if I would drive. They didn't use any protection over my items, which caused some damage that could've been avoided, as the contract mentions that protection will be used.They misplaced my apartment spare key, and I was asked by the mover if I was going to pay them.Everything seemed fishy, especially when I was lied to about things would be okay and that I would be contacted back and would receive money for the damage + rental truck + for the movers using a toll road. FALSE PROMISES WERE MADE, WHICH IS A DISAPPOINTMENT AS I WANTED TO SUPPORT A BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS! ****** LEARNED: UNPROFESSIONAL!My calls and messages weren't received back. I think he blocked me. I also sent an email to his business email, which is connected to his admin person. There's more to the story, but this sums it up. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
