    We had an HVAC installed in our home in 2018 this company was good we had a few issues during installation, but owner made sure everything end good. This whole unit has a 10 year warranty and we have 3 years left. Our air conditioner would not work, so we call Bob's for a service call. It was on a Thurs. or Fri. in June was told could be out on Monday between 8am and 3pm no one showed so I called and left messages and no one call me back. I finally talk to owner around 4:30-5 pm, and was told they were real busy. Ok, understand but communication would be nice. The tech came out late and look at it and came to the conclusion that the A-coil is leaking he said its under warranty it would take about a week. 2 weeks went by no call no show no one answering the phone so I called another company to come out they said they would but they needed to call the company that installed the HVAC for the warranty we said ok and made the appointment for in afternoon. They called back and cancelled appointment said that Bob's had our A-coil and they would be calling us. Well 2 hours went by no call so I called alleluia they answered. The man that answer said the A-coil has been there they didn't know who to contact and the owner was out of country. We set up appointment and they came out and replaced the A-coil, 2-3 hour job ended being all day, was having issues with it, but finally it worked. Well 2 days later the condenser was acting up shutting off and on until it stayed on. Called Bob's about a week later still was having issues but now cool air was not coming out, they said they would try and be out. I called back said it was working cancelled them from coming out but stated they needed to work me in and let me know when they could come out he said ok. Another week and half went by no call I called and talked to owner she said someone will be out Thursday no show. Called and left messages condenser is no longer working. I would like the truth and good communication and fixed.
