    On 12-18-2022 I took my phone to get repaired at Express Mobile - Olmsted i asked them several questions about the repairs before going ahead with them, I have an I phone 12pro, I asked #1 will the new screen work with apple and can it be programmed so no message appears." Answer" there will not be a problem you can trade it in right now when I'm done he stated. I again asked the same question are you sure it will work and I wont have any messages come up stating not o.e.m. part. He stated again no everything will be fine and you can trade it in when I'm done, i was also told to buy a case,. within 10 minute after his repairs, I ran back in to the mall and said there is a message on the phone that will not clear, it states the part is not genuine apple and its not programmed for device. He told me wait 5-7 days it will clear on it's own. then to find out people calling me would hang up, my speaker stopped working the color distorted on the screen and swiping screen was intermittent I went back again he ordered me a second screen. took 4 weeks and said he would try another screen with mic but I would lose face recognition, when he installed the second screen he told me I would have to pay extra for another screen saver after his repairs I had a hair line crack in the screen in the same spot the original one was after he handled it and he said its fine there is no problems, I had returned more than 20 times to resolve it, and I still am unable to trade it in, I even went to the main store in the mall they told me I would have to talk to him. the last time I returned I asked is there anything they can do to help me and he said no. I even reached out to my bank for help they told my bank I purchased a cell phone from them and didn't return until after 30 day's. I went back after 10 minutes of repair. I did not buy a phone at all from them, I paid for repairs that were not as stated before repairs. now I'm stuck with a cell phone that is worse than when I brought in!
