      Sales associate offered $100 discount and free crib mattress at time of purchase. Discount was applied, we paid 50% down and scheduled our delivery. Days later, associate calls and states she must rescind offer of free mattress, because we cannot have both the discount and free mattress. Since the discount had already been applied, I told her to simply eliminate the mattress. Her manager requested she make this call. I understand the policy of not extending two offers per order. However, the order was already in place, money had been exchanged and our delivery was scheduled. This was by error of Sheelys associate and should have been handled internally, between her and her manager. As the customer, I should not have even been aware there was an issue. In a professional world, you do not allow your associates errors to impact your customer orders. This is incredibly unprofessional to call a customer and renig on an offer that was already extended. A true professional would have spoken with their sales associate privately and absorbed the error without alerting the customer. The crib mattress was also only valued at $200 - a fraction of our total order. Will never shop here again and will never recommend to anyone I know.

      ******************** did reach out to our store and speak with a customer service associate about his warranty on his merchandise. The associate looked in our system and saw the purchase of two ****** House sofas, that were delivered 08/09/19 with an extended 5-year warranty through Montage Furniture Services plan number PMCCDR27048695X. ******************** submitted his claim to Montage Furniture Services for the purchase of his ****** House sofa and loveseat that were delivered on 06/07/19 and with an extended 5-year warranty through them plan number FFMCCTBR26969903X.Unfortunately, ******************** reached out to make a claim with Montage Furniture Services after his 5-year warranty expired.

      I dont know how this company stays in business. Our story is very much the same as the ones below. We paid thousands of dollars and bought the extended warranty but they wont honor our claim. Something needs done to shut them down and it seems I may have to be the one to do it. They are not even close to being credible. First of all, we were told our leather was not bonded, but its peeling. That does not happen unless its bonded leather. The cushions are also broken down on both the cough and love seat and its just my husband and me using it. We are both of average build so its not even an issue of being overweight. The manufacturer of our furniture went out of business and whats worse is, Sheelys will not stand by the companies they buy from. They buy and sell expensive JUNK. I have NOTHING good to say about our experience with them. Shop elsewhere!

      The sofa and loveseat were purchased almost 5 years ago, it was delivered August 27, 2019. The sofa and loveseat are a leather vinyl match which means, the seats, backs and the tops of the arms are 100% leather, and the sides and outside backs are a vinyl match. The manufacturer did go out of business August 7, 2023, four years after the purchase. The merchandise came with a 1-year manufacture warranty which covered any manufacturer defects. This is well outside of the one-year manufacturer warranty. All warranties, if any, on all merchandise are from the manufacturer. Only the manufacturer and not Sheelys shall be liable for performance under such warranty. The customer purchased a ****** accident incident warranty plan. This warranty plan is through Montage Furniture Services.**** reached out to our store on 2/29/24 and spoke with ******. She told her Montage Furniture Services said they do not cover anything from Sheelys. ****** emailed Montage Furniture Services questioning this, ****** from Montage Furniture Services said they did not deny helping the customer they advised them to start a claim online.Per our request ****** opened a claim for **** claim# PM1876797-24A. ****** sent an email on 3/5/24 to ****************** requesting more information to get the claim started. It appears they have not responded to the email. The customer can submit the requested information to Montage Furniture Services, and they can get the claim started.

      Purchased upwards of $8,000 in ******************** from this company just over a year ago when we moved to ****. I was sold on a protection warranty, which is bogus and absolutely worthless, and have had issues ever since. After 7-8 months one of my couches broke and has sagged in the middle. They promptly came out said they knew what the problem was and took my couch to be fixed for 2 weeks. Once returned the problem was not resolved. I contacted them again and they again sent someone out to look at it. He said that it was not the frame and that the cores were the problem in the cushions. I know that it was not the cores and that the couch had issues in itself. I spoke with the store manager who said to me, "Yeah I was a regional manager for ****** ******************** and I'm telling you right now that you won't get the couch exchanged." Great customer service..... All they did was buy themselves enough time to be out of the 1-year ******** coverage warranty so that they did not have to assist anymore. What a scam. Oh, and the projection warranty for staining, tearing, etc is an absolute joke. Another sales associate when I had called back while having issues told me, "Good luck. If you don't spill a bottle of wine on the couch and make sure you tell the 3rd party warranty company it happened within the last 30 days, it's not getting replaced." Seriously, go somewhere else so you do not have to deal with this company. I promise you will not regret it!

      Purchased a couch for thousands of dollars, it was delivered defective. The customer service has been terrible and the staff is rude. They will not do absolutely anything to right this wrong & told me I am on short end of the stick. When asking to speak to a supervisor or manager I was blown off for weeks. Once I was given the name of one that person refused to return calls for over a week. I had to go in person to ask for assistance and was still treated disrespectfully. I am a professional person with high regards for others and am saddened at how little care this business has for its customers once they get their money for a product. Im left with a brand new defective couch, and an extended warranty that is useless but I purchased the sales lady promised would cover everything.

      If I could give it zero stars I would. I bought a very expensive sectional sofa in 2017. Immediately it began to pill after about a month. Sheelys in **** came out and shaved it for me. Still pilled like a cheap sweater. Sheelys sent a cushion into ***** Brothers for a review. ***** Brothers did nothing. Over the last few months Ive gone back and forth with sheelys again. ***** Brothers replied that I should keep shaving my couch. Ive bought other upholstered and leather items without an issue. Just my husband and I use this couch. Beware if something goes wrong because they do not stand behind their products.

      My previous sofa style was discontinued. The sales person told me I was in luck as that manufacturer has a design your own sofa and we can remake my old version. Best news ever since I was keeping my old love seat and wanted the same style. Waited 6 months and as soon as it was delivered I knew it was wrong. I specifically told the sales person that I wanted the skirt on the bottom so it would hide the 4 inch opening as I use under my sofa for storage and the skirt hides the junk. The custom sofa has no opening and basically runs an inch to the floor. I called the store and after the sales person was no help, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told that that is how they are made and they were not aware when they sold me the sofa. I was told that my case would be a learning example for their staff. I told the manager it was disappointing as I was incorrectly sold the idea of this with the impression that I was getting what I had. If I had known the truth, I would not have purchased it. They have offered no help or compensation for falsely selling me this sofa. I guess it is true buyer beware.
