    In September 18 durst roofing came out to do the roof on my house and rebuild some ***** returns and redo some flashing and fascia. They completed the roof portion on September 19. Also, on September 19, the siding guy showed up to redo the fascia and rebuild some ***** ends. He lied about the work that he completed, only did half of what was in contract, and said that he would return the next day. I went up on the roof to check over his work and it was not done as said or sold at all. Many things were not done as discussed, ***** returns were not even opened up let alone rebuilt or reflashed and the quality of work was horrendous. I told durst to send someone else or figure something out to resolve this. I have made 20+ attempts to reach the owner and get any type of resolve for this since the incident. It is currently November 18. Still no plan put in place. Still no resolve. The job is still only half done. And I cant get durst to contact me back despite multiple voicemails, messages with the secretaries and communication back and forth with their salesman.

    To whom it may concern,
                    Durst had installed ******************* roof on September 18th, 2023 requiring a complete re sheet of the roof. Durst had reconfigured the returns on the home requiring rewrapping with white aluminum wraps. The roof was completed on September 18th, 2023 but we unfortunately no longer had a serviceman available to complete the repairs the way the homeowner wanted them completed.Durst was aware the job was not completed and was working on obtaining an employee to go complete the work to the satisfaction of the customer. ********************** was aware of the unfinished work after the roof was completed and Durst never required the balance due by the customer and never requested payment on the job until the work was completed to the customers satisfaction. Durst was able to find someone by December 7, 2023 to complete the work and informed the customer of the December 7th date for completion, finishing the work on December 8th, 2023. The job was completed with the customer on site and was communicated with via the job site *******, to ensure customer satisfaction with each step of the completion. The customer stated to the ******* on site that he (the customer) was satisfied with the work. All work is complete and satisfactory to the customer, with the remaining balance on the account still due by the customer.
