    The complaint number is ******** and I had a air conditioner and furnace installed by ***** Heating and Cooling, ***** *****, the owner, and I've had several problems with it since it was installed. He's not very good about coming to fix things. Sometimes he tells me he'll be here and not show up for days, and the last one I had contacted him in May, May 2nd, and he told me that, oh, that I think is when he told that one, I'd have to look back. And he said that he would be out when he finished up at the hospital. He never, I don't know what he was doing, if he was changing furnace filters there or what he was doing. But anyway, they're getting never showed up and he's never called. I've He's ignored all of my problems, all of my calls, everything. He's told me to send him pictures at first. He wanted me to get under the furnace and tell him where the water was coming out of. And it's just been a horrible, horrible mess. He also has very inappropriate behavior. So, I would like for, I had to hire another company to come out and take care of it who clearly states in the bill that it was installed drones and it was not installed like the manufacturer had said it was to be taken care of. And that's why the water was pouring out of it. that every day I was cleaning up water off the floor if I wanted to run my air conditioner from the condensation. I would like to see this solved by receiving the payment that I had to pay for the other company, which was 182.75, $182.75. And that doesn't include the damage of the water getting underneath the tile floor and everything else, me falling, flipping on the wet floor and multiple things that has occurred from this. so I have contacted him multiple times. I have sent him emails which that's at the very beginning he said just send me emails. I have sent him a copy of the bill from the other company what they had to do what they had to say and how much it was and I'm getting no response from him. If you could please take care of it, call me back, whatever we need to do to get this solved that I can get my money back. I'm questioning if the warranty, if he'll still honor the rest of the warranty because it is still under warranty. So thank you and if you need to call my number is 740-404-3763.
