    The first complaint Shacklefords did not pick up my whole streets trash on Thursday April 6th. This resulted in trash blowing all over our neighborhood when we had a wind storm that Saturday on the 8th. I drove around the neighborhood and realized they had missed our street only. When I called into Shacklefords to report this, the receptionist said this must of been because a driver called off. It clearly was not the reason.
    The following Thursday April 13th I placed my trash out as usual. I sit my hauler provided can along with another 55 gallon barrel. I purchased this barrel in October of 2022, and it has been out with my other can for 6 months now. On this date, I heard the trash come, and roughly 10 minutes later I went out and noticed my personal barrel was gone. They threw the whole thing away! I called the company the next day on the 14th. The receptionist stated I would need to talk to the route supervisor. She took my number and stated she would pass this on. I called again on Tuesday the 18 and spoke to the same lady. She stated "Oh they said they won't replace that". I paid 100$ out of my own for this . Once again she took my number and forwarded it to the route supervisor and manager this time. To this day the 20th of April I have heard nothing back from them. This is my personal belonging they just point blank picked up and threw away. Its practically brand new and had been sitting out with my other can, so for them to just throw this away is unacceptable.
