    What was paid for: Vinyl Siding of our home, a new roof, window wraps, new windows, and gutters.

    We had our original estimate in May 2021, with a 6 week time estimate before starting. After reaching out to him multiple times over the summer of 2021, he kept saying it would be longer. They started our siding in the fall of 2021. Then they were supposed to do our roof, but again, he kept postponing. He finally reached out in December of 2021 saying they were going to start our roof. I asked him if it was to cold for that, as there was no emergency to be completing our roof in the winter, and he assured me that it was ok even with temps under 35° and that it would be done correctly. However, the roofers did a terrible job, roofing over rotted wood, our new shingles have cracks, they broke our bathroom floor that is by the lower back roof, and damaged siding on our neighbors house. So the owner apologized saying that he fired them and he would correct all issues in the spring. They came in 2022 multiple times to fix our roof and siding, and never finished correcting all the issues. After months of not hearing from him I received a bill in the mail asking for full payment within 10 days. I called him and he came over to see what still needed fixed. He assured me he would correct everything in the spring because it was to cold to fix the roof. I paid him in full then. I have texted and called him repeatedly since the last time I heard from him on August 16th, 2023 saying he would be over to correct the issues. I called him 2 weeks ago from my work number since he doesn't know it, and I got ahold of him. When he realized it was me, he changed his tone and was rude saying he was going to come that week. I told him my husband worked nightshift those days and it would have to be the week after, and he acted like I was an inconvenience and he would see if he could arrange it. He never showed up and is still ignoring my texts and phone calls.
