    Unacceptable Service, Inconsistent Information, and Poor Resolution As of January 22, 2025, my issue remains unresolved after nearly four months of frustration. The problem began on September 30, 2024, and Ive been given conflicting updates and constant delays ever since. On January 21, **** told me the part I need would now ship in early February. Previously, I was told it would take ***** days, then promised it would ship by January 20. On January 22, ****** informed me there was no update on when it would actually ship.When I requested a refund, I was told it would be issued minus fees I shouldnt have to pay, as the situation is entirely their fault. Despite being promised a callback from the parts department, Im not optimistic based on my experience. The lack of accountability and consistent miscommunication has been unacceptable.Ive now decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This has been a nightmare, filled with delays, runarounds, and poor service.Previous Review (November 2024):In November, I paid for a technician to diagnose my stove, incurring a $200 diagnostic fee and the cost of a part. The technician said the part would arrive in three weeks, but I later discovered the service was canceled without notice. The refund process was slow and incomplete, with no reimbursement of the diagnostic fee despite their failure to complete the repair.Avoid this company unless they resolve these issues.
