I was only given the proposal.  And a brochure describing the windows, I was never given a receipt or warranty for the patio door or the order number  which I need I have asked and texted the installer for this information. He did visit my house and is aware of the problem. I told him he had two weeks to reach out to get me some help for this. He has ignored me for at least six weeks this time around prior to that weeks went by before he would even return a phone call. I need this information if any problem arises I’m sure that this company will not assist me. Others need to be aware of this unprofessional and I’m reliable company avoid them.
