    We contacted Revive Remodeling LLC. through a referral. Our quote was $7,900 going based off our neighbors fence panels. No actual measurement was taken at the time. We got a quote from another company for $6,300 for 227ft of fencing. We contacted revive again to get an actual measurement & quote. We explained we have another quote with an actual measurement for $6,300. Shawn called his boss then told us we price match & take an additional $100 off the price. We walked our yard, showed him where we wanted the fence & it should be even with the neighbors fence. Shawn did the measurements came inside & we signed the contract. We opted for the financing which is 10% upfront (we paid $700) 40% when the job was completed & we do a walk through, are satisfied, & sign the papers the other 50% on payments The fence started August 8th The fence post were not out as far as they were suppose to be. Texted Shawn August 9th, he came out & looked at it. Shawn said (on camera) that he messed up put the wrong footage down but to let them finish. He will come out & put up the remaining fence himself or we will get a check he needs to talk to his boss. Fence was finished August 12th we did not do a walk through & we did not sign the papers. They took the other 40% out if our account on Tuesday August 15th. I asked Shawn why it was taken out when the job is not completed & we haven't signed off.? He said he didn't know he would get back to us. We tried to set up numerous meetings to get it sorted out & he never made any of them. The company filed the paperwork with the city but never paid for or got it approved. Right now my fence is illegal. I tried to call the company to get a resolution they do not answer or return my calls. The payment amount was wrong for our financing. We were suppose to receive the owners contact info and haven't. Shawn then tried to blame my husband for the mistake with a falsified document. I want the money taken off that it's going to take to fix the fence.

    On 5/5/2023 I sent an email to the company that stated "I went to stain my fence today and noticed numerous cracks/splits and damages to my wooden fence which was installed 3/1/23. " On 5/6 Mike responds with the following "All wood will crack, have knots in it cause all trees have branches were the wood is cut of that is explained in warranty those items are the normal part of wood, this is not interior trim or wood. in which I responded this is poor customer service to experience in 2 months after installation along with pictures. And requested someone to come inspect. I was told a service manager would be out the following week which did not happen. I sent an email on 5/22 for an update in which I received a text message from Steve stating he is on vacation and will come out 5/31. Steve inspected and marked the post that will be placed. On 6/8 Steve and another male came to my residence. I am not sure what was done because as of 7/4/23 I have the replacement poles, 6 bags of useless cement (due to the rain) sitting on the property instead of being installed and utilized. I reached out to Steve on 6/15 for an update and was I told "I am going to get someone back out there probably the first of the week and that he and his wife just had a baby". I have not had a positive customer service experience at all and regret using this company. Good wood was not used for my fence install. I'm trying to give the company the opportunity to redeem themselves but I am getting to to the point in which I may need to take legal actions. The warranty has flaws.

    We fixed the bad lumber sent by the supplier, it took longer to fix because we have only one service rep, hiring more

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. The company may want to look into a different vendor. New number split the next day after install.
