in october paid for three months pick up, the last week of october they called me and said they would stop picking up garbage on nov ,6.said they would refund two months of what i paid them,after six phone calls to them got nothing and they stopped answering my calls.they also missed picking up my trash serveral times before that.Initial Complaint

On January 10, 2024, we paid Quick Rent It $85.00 for trash removal services for the months of January, February, and March 2024 (13 weeks). Quick Rent It cashed that check on January 18, 2024. They were our regular trash pick-up company. Our regularly-scheduled trash removal day was on Wednesdays. They removed our trash on January 4 (one day late) and January 11 (one day late). They did not pick up our trash on January 17 or on January 24. They did not provided us with services for more than two weeks that were paid for. We called (left a voicemail message on Wednesday, January 24, 2024) and sent text messages (several since Friday, January 19) with no response from that business. We e-mailed them on January 26 and cancel their services effective immediately. In that same e-mail, we demanded a refund of the services paid for but not received from them for the two (2) weeks (January 17 and January 24) and for the remainder of the months of January, February, and March 2024. We asked for an immediate refund of $72.49 (11 weeks x $6.59/week) for the services not render to us. Since then, we have sent many texts to the office at ###-###-#### who stated the amount to be refunded had been given to the owner/boss for consideration and payment. On February 18, we sent a follow-up e-mail requesting the refund due to us. We received no response from the owner/boss. We have not received the requested refund. We want the refund of $72.49 due and owning to us.Initial Complaint

I've been having problems for the last month or so getting my trash picked up. I've tried texting, messaging on Facebook and called the number, but there's only a recording-no way of leaving a message. I want my service canceled and the can picked up. So we use this company for weekly trash removal. They have been having issues with routine pick ups, and have only been out once a month since December. We pay 90 a month to this company and we are the ones having to dispose of trash and utilize our time, money and resources all while our checks have been cashed by this company with zero fulfillment on their end.Initial Complaint

On 02-27-2024j Quick Rent It took $69.00 out of my bank account for trash collection for the next quarter. Quick Rent It has not picked up my trash since 02-20-2024. I have called, messaged and texted them multiple times with no response, I have texted and messaged to cancel their service and to have them refund the money to my account that they took.Initial Complaint

Quick Rent it has collected money from my self and a list of many other people for trash service this week. And now they have not collected trash from anyone and will not answer there phones/text messages. We began service on 12/11/23 and were told to expect a trash can within the week. It was the end of January before we received it. However, they continues to pick up trash. The week of January 15th, all black bags of trash were taken from our can but a small trash bag was left which was odd. They have now (as of February 27th, 2024) stopped picking up trash all together and are no longer responding to calls&voicemails, text messages, or emails via their websites. I was charged $300.00 dollars on my debit card without my Permission. I have been trying to contact them for weeks to cancel my service. I have weekly service with a rollout can. I chose them because of the rollout can and a special needs person. I have living with me where I have to sort through the trash. I used Quick Rent it for one quarter and everything was great. I went ahead and paid for a full year in advance. Within a month I started noticing a lot of stuff was being left in the can. I contacted them twice and their explanation was their truck was down and they were having to use a trailer. That the stuff in the trailer would blow out if it was not in bags that they would have a new truck within 2 to 3 weeks. This was acceptable to me at the time, and I told them that I wanted to see a small business succeeded and I would go to the painstaking trouble of sorting my trash and putting in a bag until they get the truck back on the route. Normal service continued for a couple of months and then they started missing me again and when I complained, they said I was skipped because my can was not out or my trash was not bagged. I told them that I have always not bagged my trash. That’s the whole purpose of me getting the rollaway can. The response was the person who you previously talked to in the office stated a lot of incorrect things and that they no longer work here so you’ll have to bag. I told them I prepaid and I didn’t want to renegotiate the terms. I agreed upon to when I paid. I asked him to contact me to discuss. Since that point, they have taken down all their forms of Facebook and messenger contacts which they relied upon as the main way to communicate with them. They do not answer their calls, and they do not return their voicemail messages. Their webpage and voicemail refers to text them. I have text the number many times never a response where I used to get a response previously They moved out of the address they were at previously and is listed on their license with the state of Ohio.
