      I took my cocker spaniel in to get a wash, cut, and nail trim. I dropped him off at 11am and when I enquired after 4 hours when he would be done, they said they were just working on him now. When I called again an hour after that they got snarky with me and made excuses, telling me the customer, that it was my fault. He was so matted (he was not) and that they were behind on other dogs (not my problem) and it would be another half hour. They closed at 5 so I asked why it was taking over 6 hours and they got mad at me for asking. My husband picked up our dog, they uncharged us, usually $60 & they charged us $75 with tip. We only tipped because they wouldn’t let us see our dog before we paid. They made another comment on us calling SOOO much that day. I called twice that day after 4 hours from the drop off time. The cut was very bad, uneven on both ears and his sides. Never take your pet here. Our dog was in distress, he peed and drank so much when we got home.
