This seller is Great easy to deal with, nice guy to talk to, and very good product and fast shipping. Will deal with WebsalesUSA.com anytime we need Tarps. Great People and great products. I was told I would have tracking number in two days and in two days I had My tarp. Thank You ***** **

My order # ***** for 18 blue - 4" covers are not sent out yet. I was told by email they would be sent out in 3-5 days. I put the order in on 10/26/2022.WebsalesUSA.com, Inc.

This order was received by FedEx on November 3rd. While it is our goal to have all orders shipped within 3-5 business days, there are times when supply chain constraints prevent this from happening. This order was shipped within 6 business days. We do state on the invoice that if the 3-5 business days presents an issue for the customer, they should contact our customer service department. We make every effort to get a more exact shipping time for our customers who need the product by a certain date. As supply chain issues present themselves, we update our website to more accurately predict shipping times. We ask that you please call our customer service line if you would like to discuss this further.
