    - Charges us more than agreed amount - Made charges on my card that I didn’t approve of - Very rude - took more money off my card when I did not agree to any more charges

    I wanted to respond to your concerns over charges. 

    - Your dumpster rental was $439 and included a 6-day rental window plus 2000lbs of debris. 

    - All of these details were on the contract you signed online when you boked the dumpster and that contract is also attached.

    - You also incurred a $20 fee for an extra day rental per your request to complete the project

    - you had a mattress which is charged at $20 per mattress per the rental agreement you signed and that is what we pay when we dump

    - you also incurred a $75 cleaning fee because (see the attached pictures) the dumpster was loaded with hundreds of pounds of open, leaking and rotting food items that were not bagged or sealed in the dumpster. Our dumpsters are dumped a delivered to other customers the same day and the materials most commonly found is Houshold junk, Contruction debris and trees and shrubs. Your dumpster had to be taken out of service, power washed with heavy duty cleaner and then delivered to another customer. (See pics of maggots, and other items)

    - Your dumpster was also over the 2000 lbs. of debris allotted so you were charged $0.055 per pound over per the contract you signed. 

    As far as being rude, we have thousands of happy and satisfied customers. As a small business owner, we work hard to respect every customer. Unfortunately, that respect was not returned when you violated the contract you signed and admitted you didn't read as well as had to supply me four different credit cards so we could settle up honestly. Thank you!

    Charged over the amount owed. Threatened to dump trash on our driveway and yard if we didn’t pay them more money than owed Rude about the dumpster Said they were not a garbage company but it was a rental dumpster

    Helo ******, I am sorry you had to spend this writing this complaint. I want to explain a little to you about commercial and residential dumpster rentals. Dumpsters on the private level are rented for Commercial projects, home builds, construction and demolition. On the residential front they are rented for construction debris, home cleanouts and junk removal.

    When we pick up your dumpster it is dumped at transfer station, recycling center etc and then delivered to the next customer. We have processes in play as well as a rental agreement to ensure we can take care of all of our customers quickly, efficiently and provide the best service. Unfortunately, your dumpster rental was coded as a home remodel but what it actually contained was several hundred pounds of open food cartons and debris. Left in the sun for several days this dumpster had swarms of flies in it and also maggots in the dumpster. I have attached several pictures of us cleaning your dumpster so we could rent it again. We require that all liquids and food items be placed in garbage bags and sealed.  That is why you were charged a $75 cleaning fee. It is also a part of the rental agreement to pay for daily overaged and mattresses. 

    As a small business we have a process to only charge when the dumpster is delivered, and we also then reconcile charges at the end of the rental period. When i tried to run your card for the additional fee's it was declined. You then gave me another / declined and then another / declined. It wasn't until the 4th card that i was able to receive the proper payment for the services rendered. 

    We have rented over 1,500 dumpsters with no issues and we have hundreds of great reviews. I wish you all the best in the future and take care. Please see all the attachments.
