Lamphears lawn service has been with our clusters for several years. Every year I have questioned why the weed eater is not use consistently in my backyard. When it is used the job is poorly done. I have had to pay others to have this done. The common areas are completed. No one follows up on the complaint. I have lived here over 20 years and have never complained. Other companies did not have a problem with doing the job.

We appreciate the opportunity to hear your review as we strive to provide the best customer ********************** we can. We have spoken to the board of your HOA and they have confirmed that we are following the contract guidelines appropriately. The area in question is not part of the weekly service provided per the contract. We make it a priority to return all calls and address concerns in a timely manner.
