    I love being able to make one call and virtually everything for my house is handled. When my air conditioner went out I was given options and the new system saved me money cause it wasn't running all the time. When the hot water tank went out I knew exactly who to call & when I needed electric run for a tanning bed they were able to accommodate me. One call for all my heating, ac, plumbing & electrical needs. Just found out they do Duct Cleaning so that's another item checked off my to do list. Thank you for always being pleasant to work with and I know the job is done right every time.

    Workers were polite. They did have to wait 3 hrs for extra parts when they came to put in new heating and cooling system. Got unit up and running at least we thought so. Our heating system was not putting out heat so I called to have fixed.had to wait 1 week. Was told it was fixed, wrong. Still not working. A supervisor came out a week later and was on his phone the whole time he was here. Couldn't fix so he said I had to wait another week. I said that's ridiculous. It is only 45 degrees out side and 35 in here. My husband called on sat morning to get someone out in an emergency and ** came and fixed our heater.he noticed the ceiling was not replaced to what it was so someone was going to come out to fix.my appointment for the Monday the 23rd was canceled. I go to my appointment and get a call from supervisor *** saying he was at my house. Told him it was fixed and all he could do was laugh. I hung up on him cause I was driving and I didn't want a ticket. He went bk to office and told them someone answered my door, not true. Noone was at home. Only ******* husband live ********** was at work n I had an appointment. Why lie??? That's all some of these people do.even the secretary ******. Very very rude.doesnt care bout customers only the money they get. We paid cash but after that can't get a true answer from them. I do not recommend them unless you can get ** to do the job. Time to talk to an attorney. I want them to know that you can't treat people this way!!! We paid way too much to be treated like trash and get lied to by so many!!

    when i turned my air on this summer i had no cold air.I called ****** since they were the installers 1-1/2 years ago. they determined. it had a bad valve The following week the part arrived.and was installed at no charge to me,even-though i was beyond the warranty.What great customer service. 5 star company

    I called ****** due to a leaking water tank that was put in 8 years ago on the Friday before Memorial Day around 2 p.m.. I was told by the lady who answered that I need a new water tank before anyone even came out to look which made me skeptical but I needed someone, so I agreed for them to send a technician. My technician was ****. He looked at it and said that I needed a new one and the cost would be 2k for a short 40 gallon tank. I had an *************** previously and I pulled it up and saw it was approximately $540.00, I questioned the tech about this and said you are going to charge me an additional ******* for labor!!??? He said that they don't use *************** it would be a different tank and with inflation everything is very expensive! I felt like I was at their mercy..At the end of installation I had to sign his screen a few times for payment and receipt of product. I was given no receipt. I called Monday and asked for a receipt and breakdown of the charges.I was sent a receipt via email but NO BREAKDOWN of the charges. I called again and asked for a breakdown she said she would send me that. I received once again the same thing. I receipt of the whole charge. No breakdown. Next day I received a gift of thanks from the company nuts and candy in a personalized tin. Very nice of them but I still want to see what I was being charged for..I called once again and asked for a breakdown and was told by ***** that they don't breakdown the bill. It's the same charge for everyone. If it's a quick job or a 5 hour job same price for labor. I have to say as a consumer that I really don't like hearing that. My job wasn't that long or big of a job other than waiting on another technician to bring the tank. I think it should be an hourly rate and should be transparent. Also, even found a ***** coupon online and ended up with a bill of $2,121.00 I am happy with how fast they came and replaced my tank! A+Not happy with lack of transparency and how much I was charged
