      When they collect a payment on an account that was closed 10 months ago and you give them a convenience check, they send you a letter to advise it was paid in full but do not advise until they have sent 4 late notices to the credit bureau for said account. You call twice to find out why then they tell you they cannot accept convenience checks in the first place.
