  I would Really like to thank Secure Data Recovery for all there help and support for helping me retrieve data from my SD card. I first went to my local Geek Sqaud but they were not able to help but they referred Secure Data Recovery and the amazing team there helped save my family memories. Just wanted to thank you guys for everything and if I ever need Data recovery service again I now know who to call.

  My Representative, ***************************, was the absolute best. I was assigned to ***** from my initial call and he remained my Representative throughout the entire streamlined process. ***** was extremely knowledgable regarding my data recovery and embodied professionalism during every interaction. In addition to my communication with *****, I was able to view step through my online account. I hope to never need data recovery again but if I do, I will definitely use Secure Data Recovery Services and I would love to work with *****.

  All data recovered securely in a timely manner My 4TB external wireless hard drive died because of read/write head failure. Secure Data Recovery was able recover all of the data in a timely manner. I worked with *****, who along with his team members were always prompt in answering my questions. 5 stars! I was not happy will all the paperwork I had to sign, but it turned out my understanding of our verbal understanding was find (exactly what they said they would do).

  I just received my data report back from Secure Data Recovery. My name is ***** and I am a private chef and I use my smartphone for 90 percent of my business needs. As you can imagine, when I encounter a major issue with my phone, it becomes a major issue in every aspect of my life including my business. I had a secure folder option on my device which I could use for my important business documents, proprietary recipes, photos of my events for my websites, invoices and menus. Recently, my phone bit the dust and I found out how secure my secure folder was. It does not store anything on my on external media and also does not back up to the cloud. When my phone went dark, I took it to tech support at the store I purchased it and the support plan from and they sent me a new phone, but offered no solution for my lost data. After my new phone arrived and before I sent my old one in, I made one last effort to recover and ************ extraction services. This led me to Secure Data Recovery Service. I filled out their contact form and within an hour, I received a call, from an actual person. *************************** was in charge of my case from the jump. He was in very close contact with me throughout the whole process, explaining every step and what they would need from me to complete the work. Once they had accessed the storage areas and verified that there was in fact data that could be recovered, they sent me an itemized list of files that were recovered for me to approve before moving forward and provided an estimate of what it would cost to complete. He even worked with me to provide options that would bring it more in line with what I had budgeted. I can't even begin to express how much weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I am looking forward to receiving my flash drive soon and getting back to business. If I hadn't found ***** and his dedicated team, all of this would have been lost forever.   I lost my NAS drive raid during a power outage. So about 3 TB of files was lost. **** and his team came to the rescue and were able to retrieve all of my files. I would highly recommend them for your data recovery.

  My WD My Book crashed with YEARS of personal & business data on it that I thought I had lost forever :( I reached out to WD, and they provided me with names of Data Recovery Services. From the very start ************************* of Secure Data Recovery Services responded immediately, answered all of my questions and explained the process. In less than 2 weeks they received my external HD, ran a diagnostic, informed me that all of my data was recoverable, sent me the recovered files and shipped a replacement back to me.   Thank you so much ***************************!!!All of my work for the last 3 years was on an external hard drive that fell off my desk from slightly adjusting my laptop to bring it closer to me for a Zoom call. That one move made the hard drive fall in such a way that it was damaged and no longer working. After crying for about an hour, then taking it to Best Buy and crying in the line for about another hour, and waiting 4 weeks to find out they could do NOTHING to help, I was determined to find someone that could help.Fast forward to me finding Secure Data Recovery from a ****** search, I called the number on the website and *************************** answered my call on the 2nd ring.
