      They unfortunately weren't able to recover the data off my recently damaged android. But regardless, I really appreciated the customer service they provided, such as quick emails and total honesty about my device. I also appreciated the no data, no charge policy.

      My 1TB external hard drive had failed, which had over 22 years of family and personal photos, as well as work docs that I would refer to when completing a project. I was devastated, so I took it to a local company to retrieve the data and they were no help.I reached out to Secure Data, dropped it off at a storefront and was contacted by **** ******. The assessment was free, and the quote back from Secure Data was very quick. **** was great to work with in trying to help me resolve the issue and find a fast resolution!**** and Secure Data were extremely professional and were very communicative throughout the entire process. They were able to recover 100% of my data within a few weeks! Thank you so much!I've since recommended them to friends and co-workers who might end up in a similar situation.

      I had to send in an iPhone XS that had been submerged under water for about 5 days, and the data recovery was successful. This part I was extremely happy with; they said they could recover the data, and they did just that!However, the quoted cost quite high as they said they would have to repair the phone's functionality by "repairing/replacing every component all of the circuit boards" to accomplish this. With that stated work to be done, the $1,499.00 cost was understood as there would have been a LOT of work to get it to startup again. What was actually done was a successful data recovery with the information sent back to me on a *** memory stick. The memory stick contained individual files (pictures, videos, notes, message log, etc.), as well as a restorable "backup". The individual files were good to have, but being able to completely RESTORE the backup data onto another iPhone was very useful. This allowed me to see actual time stamps of each file AND see them in chronological order. Again, very useful! I will now refer back to the quoted cost vs. completed recovery did not match very well because I ended up having to have another iPhone to restore the backup, when I was believing I would have a fully functional iPhone returned to me. Overall, I can say the data recovery was worth 5 stars, but cost did not match what I had received. Plus, I had to pay extra for the *** memory stick! Again, you can probably see why this is a mixed review. In the end, I would certainly recommend their services if the data to be recovered is worth the cost.

      I had a broken flash drive with many important data that needed to be recovered. Secure Data was super professional and efficient throughout the whole process. They were very communicative and helpful, and I was able to have 100% of my data recovered within 3 weeks! They're a lifesaver!

      Affiliated with Memory Express and with a local clean room facility in ******, I trusted Secure Data Recovery Services with a hard drive that stopped functioning (I dropped it unfortunately). Their responsiveness is exceptional, and no question was left unanswered. The recovery and shipment/delivery was fast, and the content recovered was all there! Overall I am impressed and happy with the results, and recommend them for their services.

      I was heartbroken when my 2TB WD hard drive crashed and I lost years of memories. I'm so glad I trusted Secure Data with this because they surely delivered!! ******** sent me emails throughout the process, which gave me reassurance, and the communication was the best I've experienced with any company! I received 94% of my data back, and the corrupted files that were lost were not as important, so it was okay. They sent me the recovered data on a new 4TB hard drive, which was super exciting!! ?? I highly recommend this company and will keep them on file if I or someone I know needs data recovery in the future!

      It's not cheap, but it is well worth it. Secure Data was able to recover years of files from an old, encrypted drive from our office. Our account **** *******, was super communicative and helpful, as were the team at our service location in *******.
