    Last year we made a online purchase the money was just taken now a year later we no longer needed or wanted the item they sent it and we sent it back Now no refund at all . All the while they tell us irhe refund is being sent $100.12

    Ms. ********, 
    I reaching out in response to ID ********. This order was placed by *** ***** on 10/1/2021. At the time the order was placed we informed the customer the items he ordered were out of stock and we were not sure when they would be available due to Covid related shortages. The customer asked us to keep this order open and fill when the items became available. We finally received the items into our warehouse on 2/15/2023 and shipped them to Mr. ***** the same day. Mr. ***** returned the items to us stating he no longer had a need for the items, we received the return on 3/21/2022. At no point prior to us shipping the order did the customer make any attempt to notify us to cancel his order. 
    Returns can take 30 days to process, Mr. ***** received a credit in the amount of $110.12 to his credit card on April 3, 2022. Included in this letter is an email from Mr. *****'s wife dated March 30, 2023 to our customer service team and our response regarding the credit. At no point did we ever deny or delay their credit.
