    there have been a multitude of problems. First when I moved in October of 2020. There was major water damage issues stemming from a roof issue. Which resulted in water spraying from the electrical sockets in my sunroom. regrettably I didn't not submit a claim with renters insurance for things damaged. I was told to plug something in and see if it works still. which I didn't. The sunroom wasn't fixed until almost a full year later a month or so prior to signing a new lease. Also in that same time the sunroof for the lobby area collapsed from mold/water damage, letting in bugs/bees and all a terrible smell. I myself have a full systemic reaction to bug bites/bee stings and carry an EpiPen on me at all times. Now with the repairs to the sunroom, they completely removed a window and covered it with drywall, they also did a terrible job with repairs, there is air leaks and it allows bugs in through those gaps. This was supposed to be my home office since day 1 and I haven't been able to use it for anything other than storage. I was compensated for a years worth of not being able to use that sun room with a 1 time credit of $200... which I stated to them I wanted reimbursement for this for every month i was without the use of that by calculating the square footage with my rent. Now th issues im having are repairs being marked as completed that arent. like a sink replacement with my lease renewal and cupboard door being fixed. The main issue im having to date is the air conditioning, there has been repair after repair 10+ a month. im calling or asking for someone to look at it and the quick fix they do lasts may and hour or two. Now ive been out of my apt for over 2 weeks because there is no air circulation, i have one tiny window in my bedroom and its been over 90+ degrees in my apt, i purchased fans to run while ive been staying other places to maybe cool it down. I have asked for my rent prorated and when i can expect to live in the place im paying. I get no answer

    Steer clear of this place, They are a predatory management. The apartments are definitely not worth what they ask for in rent. I will be contacting BBB, Toledo fair housing, and probably a lawyer and anyone else I can think of. I paid my last month's rent, but they did not apply it to the rent, now I am being threatened with late fees and more.
