      **************, we contracted CRT Mechanical to assist in a residential home remodel. From start to finish, CRT was great to work with. They did the rough plumbing for a new bathroom, rough plumbing for an existing bathroom being remodeled, fixed the house gasline, and installed a tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable and professional; and they knew the building codes while handling the inspection process for us.

      Goes against city policy, made us get permits when it was stated by the city they had to. Very unprofessional would not return calls until I had to be rude. Messed up twice on our water line and was only given the option to repair and not completely replace lines. Had to find another company that would replace lines instead of bandaid it. Out thousands of dollars due to all of this.

      On July 12,2024 Jason from CRT performed service on my air conditioner,furnace,toilet,and replaced the garbage disposal in the house.He serviced the heating and cooling last year as well.
