    On May 9, 22 I contracted with Rocky J***** of J&M Concrete. I chose J&M based on referrals from my coworkers. J&M poured a sidewalk and a parking area at my residence, a total of 36 yards of concrete. Halfway through the job Rocky left the job site, taking with him half of the crew. The total yardage needed was under estimated and this caused the crew to run short. Due to the time delay the second pour of concrete did not mix into the other, creating a "cold patch". Mr. J***** also included into the price that he would install a 40' double walled culvert pipe at the end of my drive. I purchased this pipe and needed stone and both were on the job site the day he and his crew arrived. This job was never completed and the pipe still remains in the same location. Prior to May 9, 22, Mr. J***** came to my home to set up forms. When backing his vehicle down my drive he damaged a drainage culvert pipe. This too has not been repaired as Mr. J***** stated he would. After the concrete had cured the glaring issues began to reveal itself. The end product is not level, ripples are noticeable, raised portions and some where there is no texture at all. Seeing this I reached out to Mr. J*****, I asked for him to meet me so we could discuss a resolution. I arranged to meet him three times. Twice he did not show and the third he sent one of his employee's to speak to me. For months I have asked Mr. J***** for a resolution. He explains he will come out to look at the concrete while it's raining to gauge how bad it holds water, yet he never shows. I have spoken to three unrelated concrete contractors and all stated the end product is not of a "good and workman like manner". On May 23, 2022, when Mr. J***** did not show I sent him a synopsis of the issues, photos of the drainage issues of both the parking area and sidewalk, and notification the job was incomplete. For months I have continued to contact Mr. J***** to seek resolutions and repair of my property he damaged.
