I paid Larry Morgan $5500 on May 30. He wants to come out within two weeks and do a metal roof on my home on **************, including the shed plus haul away all the debris He kept putting it off until he finally came out in June towards the beginning ofJulyand did the shed in the back at that time he brought a tote and put it in my driveway. He said this was for his crewto sweep you the debris from off the roof he hand carried the shingles from the back shed him and his helper and threw those in the tote which was very little because that was I think its a 10 x 20 shed so its very little debris in that tote, he kept put me off and put me off because he said he keeps getting insurance jobs which pay more and he kept putting me behind them. I informed him that you said I would have this done by the end of June, he never came back to do the roof and the tote sat in my driveway for about three more weeks with nothing being put in it but in inconvenience of me trying to get my vehicles in the driveway. Finally I called him and he said he was too busy doing insurance jobs which he makes more money on that he couldnt do mine and he was giving me $3200 back,of the5500$and 300 of that was for the tote now he did give me the $3200 back but he said he would have to pay me by the end of August the other $300 because I said I was not paying for totes we didnt use and it wasnt even included in the breakdown of the roof that was to be covered by his company. Ive called him and text him two times and he asked for another extension for this $300 and I said Id give them to the 15th of this month and Ive been trying to get a hold of him and he wont answer me to give me my $300 back, so I would like to file a complaint and try to get my money back. I dont feel I should pay $300 for a tote debris in my driveway that he left there for three weeks and put the little shingles in it in my driveway and I want that $300 back. Thank you ****** Steel .
