    In 2021 we had Integrity Roofing and Siding replace our roof. Customer service was poor at best, but as of this month we discovered the roof had not been secured properly, and water is leaking into our house and starting mold issues. We contacted Integrity because of our standing warranty with them. Since we reached out, phone calls and texts have been ignored, and when the owner said he would meet with us, he never showed. We simply wanted him to assess the problem and fix it, but his evasion has left this issue unresolved.

    RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:

    The business has stated that they visited the consumer's home within 4 days of initial call which is within the timeframe stated in the warranty. They made repairs to the roof and informed the consumer that any additional repairs need to be performed by whoever installed the siding. Any issues the consumer is still seeing is not related to the work performed by this business.
