    They call you back and ask when you will be home and you tell them and never hear from them again.

    I agree with the woman who commented on elite affordable tree service they also advertise a list of other things they do gravel bring one of them got written estimate from Matt beginning of Oct told him estimate was ok he said he couldn't do it that week would put me on schedule the next week and call the night before but nothing sent him text said same thing the next week schedule since then he has not returned my phone calls ,text messenger he has blocked me on all of them including there Facebook page this is a family owned business so they say but what a way to do business I have every text and every message on messenger and can verify everything I am saying do not do business with him or his company Elite affordable tree service Louisville ohio

    I don’t normally give bad reviews. I understand people have their “off” days. However, a month ago I had a large tree fall in my backyard and hit my neighbors fence. I was quoted one price for the tree to be chopped up and the wood left, and another for the stump to be removed. The stump is ugly because the tree was uprooted. They came out quickly to cut the tree up. They did leave most of the wood still on top of the fence it fell on. I chucked that up to you pay for what you get. However, I was told they could not do the stump the same day because it would be an all day project. I was told they would reach out a couple days before to let me know the exact day they would be back out. It has now been a month, I am not receiving any response to my many messages and the voicemail I left. I would of preferred to be told that hey we can do job one but job 2 aka the stump is out of our wheelhouse. It’s just really poor business to not reply at all. I would of been A-ok with them saying hey we can’t do it, a response is better than nothing. I would not recommend this company, I’d recommend paying more to get the job done correctly. We also removed the wood from the fence ourselves and showed them the photo that it was removed to make the access to the stump easier. Eh, I guess you win some you lose some.
