    1/28/2023 I was driving my car and it lost the ability to pick up speed, I called into this shop to bring my car their to get fixed. I could still at this time get my car up to 60mph. I was told that my car only needed a small part fixed. I applied for a loan of 2130.00 to fix my car. I then signed a lease on 2/3/2022. Shop then told me i needed a timing done in my car. I asked them if that was necessary since i never had 1 problem with my car in 2 years. They assured me they knew what they were doing, and then also told me i needed breaks. On 2/3/2023 with the assurace my car would be fixed. Gasket/fluid 100.00, Labor 565.00, Camshaft Position Sensor 170.00, Break Pads Rotors 500.00, Timing Belt water pump kit 650.00. Totaling 2,115.96 and taxes for me totaling 4,299.00. Upon compleition they said it still was not getting up to speed and insisted on taking the timing apart again only to now tell me the metal rods in my car were bent which can be a cause of a mechanic not knowing what they were doing and result in bending rods when taking the timing apart to many times. I have conversed with many other mechanics which assure me they should have never touched a timing in anyones car because they could easily bend rods. Their professional advice was they should of never touched my electrical timing in my car for fear of bending rods and should of just told me i needed a new enguine instead of not knowing what they were doing. Now they tell me i have to have a new enguine for my car which i after already getting a lone for 4,299.00. They said we wont charge me for any of the parts but yet has taken all the loan money and my car now drives at only 20 mph. They have had my car since January 28th, 2023 and its May 15, 2023. They request me to take a 2nd loan they have also taken in the amount of 350.00 I want my car fixed correctly & If they are not charging me for the parts where is all my loan money that was taken.
