      Prepping a log cabin to sell & hired Real World Cleaning. I booked an appointment over the phone & gave expectations. I wanted the home in move-in ready condition. I explained about the type of logs & wood that makes up the interior & instructions for cleaning logs. I was told the job would take 8-12 hours in 1-2 days. Cleaners arrived on Sept. 29, 2023. At 1:50PM I get a call from a woman who ID'd herself as *******. She said the logs were tearing their rags apart & they didn’t know how to proceed. I said the logs were to be scrubbed with brushes & Murphy's oil soap I provided. She said she didn't have scrub brushes but would call her boss to see what to do. I never received a call back. I received an email later that evening around 7pm asking for feedback. I saw the home the next day & discovered that 3 of my downstairs windows had been left completely open, logs not scrubbed or cleaned, sawdust & drywall dust on logs from repairs completed weeks before still remained. Kitchen cabinets & basement not cleaned. Dead bugs were still on the baseboards, window sills, & floors throughout. Bathrooms not cleaned & a shower had urine in the shower floor. The fridge was cleaned (I specifically told them not to), carpets vacuumed, & kitchen floor mopped, but NOTHING more. I submitted feedback through the form online as well as through text. October 2, 2023, I received a text & voicemail from ******* (manager). ******* said her crew had given pictures to show they cleaned so I sent her, via text, pictures that I took to show they hadn't. She said she would speak to her crew & call back. I never received a call. My husband & I joined the 2 new ladies we hired to clean the logs, windows, etc.. Real World Cleaning used about 1/10 of one bottle of the oil soap I provided. After cleaning was completed, we had one gallon remaining of the three. It took us four 6-hour days. 2 weeks after my feedback, owner, **** ******, placed a FALSE mechanic’s lien on my home.

      We had a move out clean done on December 19, 2022 and was told one price then changed another after the cleaning had been done. I did approve 1 additional hours and the additional cleaning of the stove/oven and fridge. The charges for this was ridiculous!! The cleaners did not do a good job, didn't sweep or mop any of the 1st floor living, it's like they took their sweet time bc we had alloted so many hours to clean our large home. I contacted the manager ****** I think her name was and she kept giving me excuses and at this point I am still upset and would like some of my money back!! I'm very dissapointed in their services. I was not offered as much ad a discount and the new home owners set me photos of the home after it was supposed to have been cleaned and they had to go back in amd spent 5 more hours cleaning b4 they could move in. I deserve an exclamation to why they didn't get everything I had asked for cleaned! Which they just gave me excuse after excuse. They are a scam company and I want my money back!!

      Ms. ******* contacted our office on 12/12/2022 to schedule a move out cleaning service that was then scheduled to be completed on 12/19/2022. Based on the information provided by Ms. ******* she rated her home a level 5 out of 10 on the dirty scale with 1 being extremely clean and 10 being very dirty and provided the following details for the home to be cleaned; 1 kitchen, 1 master bathroom, 1 regular bathroom, 1 half bathroom, 1 master bedroom, 1 regular bedroom, living room, dining room, family room, 1 hallway & 1 set of stairs, a refrigerator cleaning and interior oven cleaning and gave a square footage of 1400 square feet when in reality the home is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2699 square feet. Based on the original information Ms. ******* provided, we estimated this cleaning to take 4 hours. Upon our team arriving they got to work and roughly halfway through their time they realized they were not going to be able to complete the full cleaning based on the condition the home was in. Our office reached out to Ms. ******* and she authorized an additional hour. Our team of two cleaning professionals worked at the location from 10:54 AM to 3:54 PM and accomplished as much as they could in that amount of time. We have uploaded before and after pictures of areas to show the condition the home was in, including piles of cat litter just laying on one of the bathroom floors not even in a litter box. Ms. ******* responded to our survey that is sent to all clients after their cleaning is complete and stated that the cleaners should've cleaned faster so they wouldn't of ran out of time and that it seems they intentionally missed a lot of items and then brought up she didn't expect to pay the amount that she was charged even though she authorized additional time. Ms. ******* was upset that areas were not completed and we gave her the option of adding additional time and we could come back on 12/20/22 in the afternoon the complete the remaining areas she wished to have completed but stated she could not afford anymore and thanked us anyways. It is never our mission to have a customer unhappy with our services, but had correct information been provided to us when requesting a quote we would've been able to provide a more accurate quote based on the job condition and allotted more time.       The clean was not finished and I did no such rating scale of the clean to dirty ratio of my home. I want a partial refund!
