    Ordered a hat on January 29, 2025. (2-4 weeks lead time). February 23 I sent an email inquiring about my order; no response. I called and no one answered. March 13 I sent another email with no response. Good thing I guess I havent been charged for my order. Do not do business with this company!

    I put in an order over a year ago and to this day, I have not received it. No response to my email and no answer to my call! Terrible. Worst part about it is I actually enjoyed ordering from this company in the past

    Placed an order for 2 shirts. I didnt receive them. I called and talked to a nice gentleman who promised me a refund check in the mail. I didnt receive the check either. Now they wont answer the phone and they dont have answering service. I tried to contact thru email but it says they cant b contacted! Scam!

    I have ordered embroidered hoodies and other postal products and I've had no issues. I've even had the owner call me about my orders and I've been very pleased with how they've turned out. I will continue to order from them.

    This is a horrible company. I'm thinking my order was just delayed until I seem all these horrible reviews. I sent email after emai. Call after call, until someone finally picked up. This a** fixed his mouth to tell me that someone had just committed fraud in his personal account. You ***, U REAP WHAT YOU SOW. I told his stealing a** the postal service in *********** will never order from POSTALSTUFF.COM again and I will make sure of that.You took my $125.00. Hope you used it well.ENJOY MY HARD EARNED MONEY

    Ordered from company several times, all my items always took at least six weeks for delivery. My last order, over two years ago, was never received. Calls or emails not returned.

    i ordered 6 shirts february 2024 . my card was charged february 18 2024 from a square which they told me it would. i talked to a man in april said they would be mailed out the very next week with a free shirt for the wait. still nothing 107 dollars and got nothing. yes us postal workers especially rural carriers work too hard for our money to get nothing when we spend money on items to do our job. it is now july 28 th 2024. well i have to leave a star to get it sent but it should come with a negative 1

    Ordered on March 21.
    Spoke with someone on May 1 who said they'd ship out the following week.
    Nothing. Crickets.
    They charged my card in March but I did not receive my items.
    They won't return calls, emails, or messages.
    Bad practices and should refund.

    Wish I saw this before. Ordered 6 shirts on April 27 and still have not received them. Called and emailed dozens of times and no answer. It will not let me do zero stars.

    This company is a joke! 2nd order.I placed giving them the benefit of the doubt. But this time my credit card was charged, can not talk to anyone about my order placed back in March of 2024. I either want a refund or my order, and I will make sure everyone know.not to do business with this company.
    Why have a phone number if no one will answer, and forget about emailing. No one will reply to emails either. Scam business! I can not leave a star rating, they don't deserve 1 star in my opinion
