    What a wonderful company. Gave free estimates. Delivered and installed glass block windows in our Victorian home. Superb work done by Johnny and warehouse helper. Even in heat and humidity and threat of rain windows were installed. Thank you. My husband and I would recommend block tite.

    They showed up to do the window measurements, but no call/no show on installation day. The owner was rude and just kept saying " they didn't show up because the window was still in fabrication". Apparently scheduling and fabrication workers do not communicate or they do not have phones to call customers when they need to reschedule an installation.

    We did make a mistake on the day of installation. Ms. *********** paperwork was misplaced in fabrication and did not make it up to our office. I was by no means rude to ************************. I simply tried to explain to her what happened and she just did not want to hear it. I did offer to send an installer out the next day or any other day that would work for her but she was convinced that we just decided to not show up or call after we had already made her window. We certainly did make a mistake which I admitted to her but it was definitely not intentional and again I was by no means rude to her.
