I've had Washam's folks out to my house at least 10 times since 2018 when I bought my home. The house was only half finished on the inside so several projects that were needed to finish it were above my level and required a professional. I've had 2 separate water heaters installed (upstairs and basement), various electrical projects because other stuff wasn't done properly by the builder, repairs to my well pump controls and whole house filter, half the vents were installed on my first floor, a pipe break repaired (that flooded half my first floor and half my basement, washer/dryer hookups installed new in my mud room, etc. Several other smaller projects that would take a while to list. Every project has been done well and to my satisfaction. Generally, since one of their tech's knows my house as well as I do at this point, they send the same person at my request. Every single time has been acceptable work and (although the prices aren't necessarily the lowest) I definitely get what I pay for. Even this morning, I had a line that needed snaked and they were here in 20 mins since they had open schedule, and the gentleman (different this time) who came was professional, respectful, and quick on his work. They never try to upsell me on work I don't need done, and as I said I've had several major projects done in a short period of time, when needed. I recommend these folks to my friends/family, and I obviously am happy with their work because they've been out here several times. To this point, I've had several projects involving HVAC, Plumbing, propane lines, electrical, and other projects done and they've all been good work.
