I had contacted this company for a job. The worker that came out (*****) told me that my water pump was bad. He said he could get a rebuild kit and install it at $750. When he came out on Wednesday May 24, 2023. It took him between 20-30 minutes and he took the box for the rebuild kit with him. He had me write a check and he gave me a generic receipt. It did not have the name of his company or a break down of what I was being charged. He also had me write the check to a woman's name (****** *****) not the company. After he left I contacted the company by email to ask for an invoice of my charges and why I made the check out to a person. The person who contacted me back was ****** ***** and she stated that she would get me the invoice and that the check is written to the owner because they are a sole proprietor. I have contacted her twice more since and still have not received the invoice. I have also texted ***** who came to fix our water pump with the same issue of no response. I looked up rebuild kits for a well water pump and they are not expensive at all. Usually under a $100. I am unsure why I was charged $750 for a 20-30 minute job. I would like an invoice or my money back.
