  We used Healthy Basement Concepts to address an issue in a crawl space under a kitchen addition. They provided a complete solution to level the soil, re-do a sump pit, install two sump pumps with battery back-up, install a dehumidifier, and completed seal the entire area. The space when completed was immaculate. Vinc and his entire crew did a great job, and were excellent to work with. We highly recommend them.

  If you only read one review, read this one. We bought a house 3 years ago that had been "stabilized" by helical piers. I had 5 appointments, The national companies all confirmed their product was the only way to go to resolve my issue, they sent "salesman" who tried to make me feel like I was their friend and #1 priority. Then there was Jason from Healthy Basement Concepts. He isn't a salesman; he is the owner of the company. He explained how he started his company 20 years ago by himself and how much it has grown. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge on foundation repairs and never once knocked the competitors' products. He explained how he has personally over engineered the push pier system that he uses. His initial quote was not the cheapest, but it was better than 3 of the other 4 quotes I received. They were fast too, everyone else estimated they were at least 1-2 months out before they could start. Jason's crew started within a week! This is a big one, I asked each company how deep they run their piers and all of them were 12- 25 feet, anything beyond 25 feet would be an additional cost, but they all assured me that was not going to be an issue. Day 2 of the job Jason called and said most homes are 12-20 feet deep, rare occasions they hit 30 feet. In my case they ran 78-84 feet deep on all 14 piers! He said he's never seen anything like it. Thank God I chose Jason, because he does not have a depth clause in his contracts, any other company would have stopped or sent me a bill for thousands of dollars more on top of the initial quote for the extra material and time. Jason's crew was amazing to work with. They were kind, courteous and just as knowledgeable. I would recommend Healthy Basement Concepts 100 times over. I could not be happier with the outcome, and the peace of mind knowing the foundation is fixed and fixed correctly. Jason and his crew take extreme pride in their work and it's evident when you meet them.

  Jason is very quick with response - excellent communication and on time for appointments. Jason has 20+ years of experience - he is confident, professional and personable. Jason genuinely cares about you and your home - very refreshing to meet someone so passionate about their trade! We just moved into our new home 6 months ago - Jason offered us education on crawl spaces and did a complete inspection of our crawl space. Jason came up with a plan and steps to improve on our crawl space area - keeping moisture away and maintaining healthy humidity levels. Jason is an honest business owner who we would recommend 100 times over! Thank you Jason!

  I am so glad we hired Healthy Basement Concepts to waterproof our basement and encapsulate our crawl spaces. Jason was very generous with his time, explaining all our options and working with our budget to decide which jobs to do now and which could wait until later. The price was competitive but without the pressure tactics of some other firms. The HBC work crew was wonderful. They were personable, worked carefully and efficiently, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They took in stride complications that came up due to quirks in our home's initial construction and made sure to do a quality job, even though it took some extra time. Jason was great to work with once he made the sale as well. He came by every day to answer any questions and give me updates. The basement looks wonderful and we couldn't be more pleased.

  From start to finish, these guys were the best! On time, good quality workmanship, fair competitive pricing, and Jason explained thoroughly every step of the process. The end result was absolutely what we needed in the basement, and quality materials that will stand up to time. Thank you again, would use again if need arises in one of our other homes.

  ***** and the Healthy Basement Concepts crew have been great to work with. They completed a basement waterproofing project at our home a few years ago and we work with the last few years for the maintenance visits. Basement water issue that was coming up through the floor was resolved.
